Temba in Dundrum was so helpful
Temba in Dundrum was so helpful. He figured out why my bills were so high. I had insurance that I didn’t realise I had and that I didn’t want. Talked me through everything and helped me download the Vodafone app. Incredibly polite. Very impressed

I went into the shop trying to sort out 3 phones / numbers to get the best deal with the various requirements I had. Sean couldn't have been more helpful. He took great care & time to help me. Lovely person to deal with and very efficient at his job.

Vodafone Midleton
I went in to Vodafone Midleton with a billing query and the service was exceptional. Spoke with the manager Jenn who explained in detail the extra charges on my bill while in store all other staff members greeted me with big smiles and were all very friendly. Even when one of the staff members was going to the shop, asked me would I like a bottle of water. I will definitely be calling back there when all my contracts are up for renewal.

Avoid !
By far the worst phone provider I have met. Since entering into contract with them I have had random charges on my account. Customer service are never very helpful when you express concern or difficulty paying a bill. Tried to get out of contract last year and was harassed while on the phone to enter into another 2 years with them when I repeatedly said I wanted to go PAYG. Wouldn’t recommend
