Popped in today with a litany of phone issues ... be aware I am from the Rotary Dial era ...a young man by the name if Stephan took so much time to assist it was incredible . This was in Pavilions SC Swords ....top quality .

I found Susan and Stephen to be extremely helpful and professional in the swords store.

My husband and I had the best experience when we both changed our phones in Vodafone Swords last week . Tim gave us the best customer service we could have hoped for . We were in store for well over an hour and I felt that every staff member was as courteous and helpful as Tim . I would happily return and highly recommend.

I had the best experience purchasing a new phone with Tracy last week. My phone had broken and Tracy offered me support and advice and stopped me panicking! I switched from pay as you go to bill pay and I was offered thorough advice and I was even able to trade in my old phone which was a huge bonus! Thanks so much Tracy for all your help, I will definitely be back ☺️

I was in store last Friday, March 13th. Had a couple to questions about moving from moving from prepay to bill & was given great detailed information from a girl called Tracey. She was extremely informative & kind. Did not feel rushed or pressured into anything by her, and I was extremely happy with the service she provided. Would highly recommend!

I was dealing with Tracey in Swords, she was so helpful and friendly. I was looking to buy a new phone but i wasnt sure what i wanted. She went through all my options and advised me on what best suited my needs. Very happy with the level of customer service i received.

I was served by Dale on 12/03 and 13/03. He was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. Although the reason for my visit was that I had been scammed and I had been advised that I could seek extra security for my phone, Dale advised me of the charges of changing my supplier of Broadband and land line from EIR to Vodafone. As already said , I found him very very helpful and I have followed his advise and changed my supplier .

I visited the store in Pavillions, Swords, and came out absolutely delighted with my purchase and my experience with both Stephen and Susan. To be fair, when I initially approached the counter, I was already feeling annoyed because the online order I made for the S26 Ultra had not been fulfilled, and I tried several different ways of trying to find out what exactly was happening with the order, as there was no further email/contact from Vodafone since my online purchase on Friday 6th March, but these all failed - this aspect of the wider Vodafone company was extremely frustrating and that may have come across when I initially spoke with Susan, but after a minute or so of her guidance and explanation as to what had happened with the online order (It was cancelled, with no comms from Vodafone to say so), she was able to sort me out with the phone I had ordered, as they had some very limited stock. It was then over to Stephen to help complete the sign up/checks/porting etc and it was then that they were able to advise me of other discounts I could receive as part of Samsung's processes for this phone, meaning I could get money credited to my account for my old Samsung phone. This is how customer service is done - Listening, and seeing what they themselves were able to do to help resolve the issue, even though this was no fault of the retail store. My broadband with Vodafone expires in October, and I was anticipating a move elsewhere, but again, Stephen indicated I should come in and speak with him to try and get the best and most suitable deal available. I recently visited my local Vodafone store and was assisted by the manager, Susan. I had been dealing with some frustrating account issues and wasn’t sure they could be resolved, but Susan went above and beyond to sort everything out for me.
She was professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to fully understand my situation and made sure everything was resolved before I left. It’s rare to receive such attentive and genuinely helpful customer service these days.
Susan is a real credit to the Vodafone team!

I went to buy a new phone in the Voda Fone shop in Swords.
Pawel from Poland was amazingly helpful…
I didn’t know what the cost to change would be…or what phone would have adequate storage for my needs…
Pawel chose a Fone with double The Storage…

Then the fun began.. he needed passwords to transfer the data from the old Fone to the new Fone … his patience with me was incredible.. I’m a grandmother & not tech savvy!!

When the mission had been accomplished…
He asked would I like to sell my old Fone.. this covered the cost of ..
my new phone..
The transfer of the info from one Fone to the other..
A beautiful new Fone cover.. and charger plug for the new usbc connection.
I arrived at 9.30 into Voda Fone Swords…left at 12…
Pawel’s knowledge of the product was excellent..
His patience was outstanding.
His attitude towards me was so professional.. I never once felt stupid.. the entire experience was fearless..

Had a great experience with Tim and Rachel in Vodafone Swords Pavilions. The system would not allow our upgrades and they manually looked after us. They are great.

Tim and Rachel went out of their way in the SwordsPavillions branch.

Their help was outstanding and Vodafone had lost me as a customer without them.

The systems were abysmal and to be fair both Rachel and Tim tried and tried again.

I recently visited Vodafone in Swords Pavilions and was assisted by Stephen. He was extremely helpful, professional and patient throughout the whole process of purchasing a work phone.
