Great customer service and information gained
Went in store after finishing work at 17.20 to get my upgrade on my bill phone was met with a worker named Joe he was very easy to talk to. When I upgraded my bill plan he told me I could get add-ons and it would be basically saving me money off my phone got 2 chargers with heads and got 40 euro off my phone. I was told I can add my sister to my phone plan for only a extra 15 euro on my 65 euro plan upgrade. I was shocked to be honest it made me definitely want to come in store now instead of using online to buy in future and he was able to get this all done before closing at 6

Very friendly staff
Very friendly staff, Noel and Joe helped us a lot, they attended everything we needed and we got the phone we wanted in a very good deal on the trade in. I definitely recommend coming down to the shop in front of Arthurs quai.
