I popped into vodafone today after…
I popped into vodafone today after 3years to have help with some viruses on my phone. I was met with Sidra who was able to clear everything out.
She was also able to spend time with me to check my account and was able to do my upgrade for a new and better phone, and they were able to transfer all my data for me too!
So so pleased i was met with empathy and consideration..

Are you looking for a broadband deal?
That was the question asked for the 7th time on a 2 hours chat with the Vodafone Team. The last agent, (number 6) named Eric, desconnected me, and then I was disconnected for a second time from someone else, being barred from any further chat! The reason? Simple: They could not "download" any deal for me, due to a technical issue. So, the best way to keep your KPIs is to get rid of a 'difficult' internal situation and disconnect your customer and prevent any further assistance! Wow! This was from Vodafone, gentlemen! Can you believe? I was trying to get another deal with them, after a 24 months contract with their broadband! But it does not matter for Vodafone employees! They got rid of a difficult situation and did not even called back their customer! Appalling!

Double charged by Deception
I made an agreement with Vodafone to pay an outstanding amount by today. This morning, I received a text message reminder along with a link to pay the amount. I duly paid my outstanding balance at 08.22 this morning.
This afternoon, I checked my account after Vodafone sent me another text message about the outstanding amount but saying I agreed to pay it tomorrow.
I went to my bank account and found that at 13.16, Vodafone took the same payment again, by using my card details.
I contacted Vodafone who at first denied this then told me, they will put that money toward my next bill and refund me the remainder and that it will take 5 days.
I am on benefits. I am poor. I have electricity that is running out. I have no food. I feel sick. No one will help. I am waiting to hear from my bank but they have already said I have to wait for 7 days to get my money back. I have complained and am awaiting for a response. I feel helpless. How cruel are these ultra wealthy organisations. I can't believe it.

I went into Vodafone York to get a new phone and contract and had a warm greeting from Hannah. She was very knowledgeable about the different options available to me. Waited for a while but it was benificial.
I came instore to ask about my options for either a new phone or a sim only deal, as my contract is up in Feb, Hannah dealt with me and was very helpful, she told me what I could choose from and answered my questions, I felt comfortable with my choice to start a new contract with a new phone that I had been considering already. Plus the trade in and Samsung wallet promotion that is running this month was a bonus.

Great customer service
Visited the York store to upgrade my son’s phone, we were served by Hannah who was very helpful and friendly and sorted everything that we needed. Hannah pointed out that an upgrade on my plan was also available and whilst I didn’t feel I needed a new phone she found me a new plan that was a good deal for me.

Efficient service!
Was very busy in store today and needed to wait in a queue, however this lovely girl was getting through lots of customers and sorted out my issue very efficiently. I even got an upgrade which is something i thought would be too expensive for me, but she found a good deal. Her name was Sally and as I was leaving I told the other customers that she was a star!
