Great customer service
Visited the York store to discuss an upgrade and got some great customer service from Niki. She took the time to listen to what I needed from a phone and suggested an Google Pixel phone I'd not previously considered.
10/10 would certainly recommend based on this experience.

Excellent professional friendly customer service from Gina. I listened to all the assistants who never faulted on their friendly service to any one that walked into the store. It is unfortunate about the long wait which seems to be the norm in Mobile phone shops.

Ellie has been amazing, patient and helpful whilst giving me time to consider options.

Great service from Niki
Tried to get a deal that was sent to me via email. The online chat agents couldn't find it, however popping into the York branch, Niki was a fantastic help finding what I needed. Great customer support, good chat, sorted everything out for me and back on my way, thank you! I also left my bag my accident and Niki saved it for me for when I came back much appreciated.

Nightmare
So, sent another booster to me and signal still drops. Trying to watch a film tonight and WiFi disappears half way through. I feel like putting all the crap Vodafone equipment in a bag and throwing it in the river. Clearly some people have a great experience judging by the good reviews but trust me you won’t want to risk having this experience. I’ll try phoning customer service for the ninth time to see what they can fob me off with.
