Resolved new phone, broadband and child's phone

I walked into my local Vodaphone store looking for a SIM card change, that was when I was greeted by the lovely Meg. She asked if she could help with anything and informed me of the packages they offered. I was pleasantly surprised at the astounding deals they had to offer. Scott dealt with my SIM change and was incredibly helpful and professional in the process. I decided to go for their unlimited max global, as it sounded like the best bargain. Scott explained everything detail of the contract I would receive and ensured I understood every detail. I walked out of that store throughly impressed with the service. Would highly recommend.

Really friendly helpful & professional service, nipped into store totally on the off chance & VERY glad I did - left with a brand new phone & was offered lots of extras in a non pushy way, didn’t take any other offered up but will definitely return to store again - huge thanks to Fin!

Finey was extremely helpful & knowledgeable regarding my phone upgrade. His knowledge was excellent & customer service was first class.

I went into my local branch about three months ago and was given some excellent advice about what would potentially work for me. This included changing to sim only plan and going back within the plan time and looking at options which I did and now have an affordable latest model! Which I never expected so was delighted with Finn’s sound advise. He was great friendly and made me feel very at ease. He explained everything clearly and went over some things a second time following my questions. His help was invaluable and made the whole experience so much more fun.

Had a lovely time at Vodafone today, Megan was an absolute delight to speak to, she gave me all the options on what was available and how my it would affect my account and bills, an absolute delight in securing what was right for me, happy customer

Came to collect a phone and needed help setting it up, paid the £25 for a tech transfer and finley ensure the process was smooth and was delightful. Thank you!

I was very impressed with the service and friendly help I received at Worthing yesterday, 8th November. I had visited the store thinking I would need a new phone as the charging port on my phone would no longer accept the charger lead. I was met by a very friendly lady who, instead of selling me a new phone, took me across the precinct to the phone repair shop opposite. It turned out to simply be that the port was clogged with fluff, preventing the charger from being plugged in! Apparently this is a common problem, but I hadn't thought of that. All sorted in a couple of minutes, and no charge either! First class service, well done.

I cannot thank Megan enough for her help today. Nothing was too much trouble. She explained everything to me fully and was very patient.

Finley is the go to @ Vodafone Worthing, excellent service, friendly, usually go online but due to the service he provided last time (helped with my online purchase) no way was l going online so in we went to see him and again superb service throughout, credit to Worthing store and Vodafone itself.

What a delightful experience.
I was due to change my phone contract but first I just wanted to see what was available. I've been with Vodafone for more than 25 years and have mostly had a good experience.
A couple of years ago though I was having difficulty getting part of my bill paid due to the separate air time payments. Each month I had to go into the branch the pay the odd £20. Each time I went in I'd see the new lass, Lana (Trainee). It was becoming a joke but eventually it was sorted.
Well on this occasion Lana was there to assist and I was recognised. I had an idea of phone I wanted and Lana started working the figures out for how much it was going to cost me. She managed to help me reduce my bill, not only that, with the help of her colleague, Finn, they managed to get my trade in deal secured and a new Chromebook ordered.
It was a last hour of work on a Sunday, but both Lana and Finn didn't bat an eyelid that they were working still.
The deal was done, and I'm now a happy owner of a new phone, new Chromebook and paying half the amount I was paying before, with a great mobile provider. Vodafone, oh yes!

Finley at Worthing branch sorted the problem with my phone with expert knowledge and even moved my contract onto a better deal. However, your head office has over ridden that deal and moved me onto a new, more expensive plan which has the same options.

We went in to the Worthing store, in hope to set up a whole new phone, as well as upgrade an old phone. From the minute Finley greeted us, the process from start to finish was exemplary. His knowledge and the way he kept us informed throughout, was clear that he puts his customers first. He ensured that he looked through every single detail in our old plans, and discussed the problems that we had been experiencing in bills etc, as well as finding the solutions to said problems. The atmosphere was nothing but calm, and his good interpersonal skills made the process less stressful and about numbers, and more relaxed and friendlier. Finley is an exceptional member of his team and ensured that the deals we got were best suited for our needs and for the best price - where previous visits, we have sometimes left the shop from other sittings with staff feeling like the prices and deals were not to our needs. We left the shop feeling nothing but happy and satisfied with our purchases. I could not praise Finley enough for the hard work he put in, as we were there over an hour, and he double checked every single part of the plans before letting us sign the forms. He is an asset to the team, has incredible knowledge and skills for his job role and also creates such a warm environment for his colleagues and customers - he's also easy on the eye/ good looking (so sitting there completing the purchase was not a problem at all and a pleasure!). I was worried about setting up my own phone as I'd never done it before, but he made everything so straightforward for myself, who is not that tech savvy. So thank you very much! From the time we sat down to the time we left, we were well informed, we given the best deals for what we wanted, no hard sell and the service was exemplary.
Finley our Worthing Vodafone employee was a friendly, informative, helpful young man who is credit to the company.

Finley at the Worthing West Sussex Branch was very helpful, sorting out our Broadband, & advising that we cannot get Full Fibre at our address. We are not sure when we are going to get it either.
