Aaron helped me upgrade my phone, my old one was not charging and I desperately needed a phone!
He found a good deal that meant my costs stayed manageable. The shop was busy with customers and they all did a great job of keeping everyone happy

Aaron, the Manager, understood my dilemma - living so far away from the store and having problems with the delivery of the new broadband router before my hook up day. He also tried to resolve my issue with the new mobile device which I had missed the in store collection date.
All in all, it was excellent service despite the outcome not being easy to resolve. He did everything he possibly could to help while dealing with a high volume of customers.
