I came in to adjust my SIM plan and was helped by Omar who was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable and informative and helped me find a plan the better suited me. He was also very friendly and made the whole experience far easier and enjoyable than I thought it would be!

SADIA! You are amazing!
SADIA!! I don't know why but my phone call got cut off, I really hope she can somehow see this message. She was amazing, helped me out with broadband and a new SIM, excellent service. We spoke for over an hour but then it cut me off right as I was telling her how amazing she was. I hope she sees this message!!

Your employee, Umar, was incredible! We (wife and I) are from the state of Florida in the U.S. and our cellular provider, apparently, does not favor international usage. Umar took care of both of our cell phones with a SIM card, which allowed us to go back home! He needs a 20 pound Sterling raise, minimum! He was fantastic!

UMAR - Legend
UMAR was in charge of renewing my contract and upgrading my phone to the latest model “iPhone 17 Air”.
From the outset I really got the impression that I was being sold a good deal with a regard to cost control.
Mostly though I wanted to comment on the convivial atmosphere in the store, both from UMAR and the rest of his team.
This was my second time in the store over the last 24 months to negotiate contracts for mobile.
I will doubtless be keen to choose this store for the next time.
