Great service from Colin, I was paying over £100 to utility warehouse for my broadband and phone, half an hour later and I have broadband and a sim for less than half the price,

Most pleasant experience i have had so far
First of all I am greatful to be able to visit the last still existing branch in the area. Face to face interaction with the company's representatives offers the "real deal" experience instead of the inhuman online one.
Today I have been helped by Tom and Maddie who both went out of their way to make me feel valued and important. They had extensive knowledge about every single product I enquired about and even looked up extra information online. Literally there was nothing I could have asked being unanswered. And they both did this with a big smile. I command both of them for their professionalism and highest level of customer service. They are both the true faces of the company who reinforce customers to return to/ stay with Vodafone.
I'd like to say a big thank you to Tom and Maddie. Even if it is a 30 miles journey for me, I will definitely come back to StHelens branch in the coming years.
Well done guys!

I came to St Helens store with my mum…
I came to St Helens store with my mum to complete my phone upgrade, I was switching too 02 but Colin found me a great deal on my mobile contract. I also decided to switch my Boradband after I got a better deal and some credit on my bill.

Praise for Matt at St Helens Store
I recently experienced issues with my SIM card after swapping my phone. Unfortunately, customer service over the phone wasn’t able to resolve the problem, so I visited the St Helens store, where I was served by Matt.
Matt was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the entire experience. It took some time to get everything sorted, but he remained patient and positive, and he not only resolved the SIM card issue but also helped me with a few other things.
As someone who works in customer service myself, I truly appreciate the level of care and dedication Matt showed. He’s a real credit to your company, and I can't thank him enough for his support. It made a frustrating situation so much easier.

Outstanding customer service
