we were accompanied by a staff member called tony , he served an incredible customer service answering all questions to the best of his ability, kept the reassurance high ensuring we were happy with what was been said and going on with the new contract coming out & fantastic service , thankyou!!

Phone issue fixed Scarborough
I called in at the Scarborough store with a problem with my phone and emails . I was helped by TJ .
TJ sorted the issue I had, found a solution to the problem and TJ throughout was very helpful and it was pleasure being in the store having this fixed.
We then also looked at my current provider for internet and a deal was explained which would save me money , so I agreed to the deal being offered , the switch over process was explained and effortless . Would defo recommend this store as the staff are always good , TJ was a star today thanks

Wow what a great team
Wow what a great team, April, Tj and Owen. Having been with EE we had had enough, so decided to try Vodafone. Excellent team. All went above and beyond. My husband phone took forever to load from android to iPhone but they stuck at it. Thank you to all of you.BRILLIANT.

TJ was brilliant
Not to go into detail, but I was in a difficult predicament regarding my contract.
I went into Vodafone (Scarborough) and was looked after by a member called “TJ”.
Firstly I can not express how efficient and supportive he was.
Not only was he patient; I could see he was trying everything possible to make sure I was looked after and not only that, he managed to send me home with a better deal and a happy customer.
Thank you, and seriously sticking with Vodafone for life cus of this guy.
