A big thank you to Jake for the excellent customer service I received yesterday on collecting my new iPhone. I was very worried about moving from android to iPhone, Jake put my mind a rest. He guided me through step by step, from start up, navigating and adding apps that I needed. Once again thank you Jake for your patience, understanding and expertise. I am very happy with my new phone, should of moved to iPhone ages ago 😁
