Fantastic experience

Vodafone destroyed my credit score
Vodafone destroyed my credit score. It went from excellent to poor and stayed the same after months. Last May, I converted my two "pay as you go" Vodafone numbers to the monthly payment plan. The sales guy in the Richmond Vodafone store wanted my bank account information to activate the direct debit. He said both numbers were in direct debit. Unfortunately, he put only one number in direct debit, and the other was unpaid for five months. The guy made a mistake, and I can understand this. Maybe it was a busy day, or he was not in the mood that day. I also blamed myself because I don't check my bank accounts regularly, and I couldn't realise Vodafone was not charging for the second number. But five months!!! Not a single warning SMS message, not an e-mail to inform or a warning call. The number was in use for five months without any notice. I paid all the debt as soon as I realised it, but my credit score crashed. I explained the situation in the Vodafone online chat two times. The guy on the line said, no-worry the score would be ok but nothing changed.
I am applying for my mortgage this month with a poor score. If there is anything Vodafone can do, it has to do it now. I am in such a regret. I should never have gone to a Vodafone store.
