Ivanovitch was amazing! I have been struggling for a very long time to access my online Voxi account. After countless contacts to their online chat and getting nowhere, Ivanovitch was able to prompt a password reset that finally was sent to my email after having been unsuccessful previously!
I’m so glad I went into store for face to face help, Ivanovitch was kind, polite and patient throughout! He is an ICON!

Best Customer Service!
I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Vodafone store in Peckham thanks to Steve. I am from the US and just moved to the area. Initially I very hesitant and unsure about e-sims and how they work. From the moment I walked in the store, he was friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help me find the best e-sim plan for my needs, explained everything clearly, and made sure I left the store feeling completely confident and satisfied. When there was an issue with my order, he went above and beyond to make sure everything got resolved seamlessly. It’s rare to find customer service this genuine and professional these days. Steve truly cares about his customers and it shows. If you’re thinking of visiting Vodafone in Peckham, ask for Steve. This man deserves a raise!
