New Customer Vodafone have Just Pissed Off
Not Happy Not Happy at all,
What a shambles Vodafone are ,Ordered Broadband and Telephone on the 17 March 2025 Was contacted (Switched ) to the Vodafone net work on the 7th April 2025 and my Virgin media account closed , All Good so Far, But VM has since then taken large payment from my Bank account , Having spoken to VM about why they have my money, I was informed the Vodafone had failed to have the Broad band disconnected ,and would need to recover the money from Vodafone as it was their mistake, Having spent all Afternoon on the Phone to Vodafone 23/04.25 , They have admitted the mistake and would credit my account with a Refund.But i would have to visit a Vodafone store with proof of billing , Photo ID , So spent Yesterday afternoon 24/04/25 travelling to my local store (Nottingham ), Explaining what had happened,waiting for the sales assistant to read through the note,s, added by the Telephone operator, Checked my Proof of Billing, Photo ID , I was told by the Sales assistant that my refund would be in Credited to my Bank within 30 mins , Today 25/04/25 I am still waiting , and having spent a further 65 mins on the phone being passed from Pillar to Post ,I,m still out of Pocket though no Fault of my own, Being a New Customer , its very Disappointing and extremely Poor Service by Vodafone and Having wasted a Lot of time with this , as you can imagine I,m feeling a bit Pissed Off.
