Good
I had a short wait time but it was good to have the girl at the front to keep me informed. When I got served I found the young man very helpful getting me my new phone and setting it up and explaining everything in a way I could understand.

Exceptional customer service in Norwich Vodafone Shop
I made the mistake of trying to upgrade my Vodafone contract via a third party and ended up with an unwanted second contract instead of an upgrade. After a number of very frustrating contacts with the third party that didn't resolve the issue I went into the Norwich Vodafone Shop in Chantry Place. The customer service was exceptional, especially given the problem was initially caused by a third party company. There was no wait to be seen and they had resolved the issue completely within 15 minutes. Morgan, who helped me, had a great balance of efficiency and friendliness, backed by knowledgable and readily accessible management . If I want another Vodafone contract this shop would be my first port of call.

Don't send for repair
I sent my phone to get a screen protector redone on my Flip3, Samsung could do it there and then but the Vodafone shop said they'll do it free but they have to send it away. One week later after I gave it in, its finally been sent and I get a call saying they don't do screen protectors and never have at their repair center. Incompetency through our their whole company
