Lots of difficulties fixed in a pleasantand professionalway by Chris and Tim in the Northwich shop

Kerry just sorted my problem quickly and in a friendly way. So much more efficient for the customer than dealing with Vodafone on- line help.

I visited the shop with my phone that didn't work, kerry greeted me with a smile and was very happy to help. She went above and beyond , her customer service is excellent, she a definite asset to have in the shop

As usual the Vodafone staff were very helpful. Today KERRY was our assistant and she went the extra mile. Nothing was too much trouble. We left having had our problem sorted and paying less for a better service.

WILL the assistant was amazing, patient and extremely helpful I bought a new updated phone Will explained everything abd transferred everything from my old phone,he was very knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend Vodafone and Will to family abd friends.

Served by a great guy called Chris. He ensured I got the best deal for my phone and broadband and I saved £123. I hadn’t realised if you have an entertainments package on your phone you get Amazon prime free. I already had prime with Amazon so I cancelled the payment on it and took up again with Vodafone for free. Great result.

Kerry is the star of the vodaphone shop in northwich her customer service was exceptional she sorted out my iPhone problems wasn’t phased by anything kept informed as to what she was doing had time to explain kept her patience with how long it took it was a real pleasure to be served by her given the times we are in her service was exceptional and deserves to be called out - Happy Customer from Northwich

Visited the Northwich 9th Aug store and Seth talked me through options which met my needs as my contract had finished. He was informative, helpful and professional. He set me up with another contract and sorted PAC. Very easy and quick process. Thank you Seth!

Unfortunately we had problems with the purchase of two new phones from Vodafone. I had rung customer service on numerous occasions and each time they reassured me they had solved the problem, but it was never the case. I also went into a store elsewhere, and no-one was able to help me, and referred me back to customer service (vicious circle). I then went into our local store in Northwich and was seen to by Chris, the manager. The issues had become quite complicated across both phones, but Chris listened carefully so he understood exactly what the problem was and took the time to unpick the problems relating to both phones. He was really calm, polite and friendly. He was able to resolve everything where no one else had been able to, because he was patient and determined to solve the problems for me. This took a number of visits and phone calls, but he stuck at it. My husband was also due to renew his contract with Vodafone, and we would have cancelled it had it not been for Chris's service. I really can't thank him enough. Vodafone - make sure you hold on to him - he's an asset to your organisation.

Will was really friendly and helpful and sorted a new, cheaper phone contract for me! He went through lots of different options for me so I could decide which was best for me. Thank you!

My 2nd experience with Will and he has been amazing again. Knows exactly what I require and delivers with great customer service. Even my daughter who is 10 said to me how good he is. Next time I'm in store I will be asking for Will again.

Recently went into the Northwich shop this week for 2 i phone upgrades and was served by Zak who couldn’t have been more helpful if he tried.
Fantastic customer service and Zak is a credit to Vodafone Northwich with his friendly chatty approach.
This level of customer service he gives is very rare these days and certainly is a credit to himself and for Vodafone
He needs promotion to train new staff etc

I was served by a young man called Will. He was friendly, efficient, polite and very knowledgeable. He sorted me out a broadband and phone deal that suited my budget. I really appreciate that I wasn't turned away and told to do it online. I feel for some face to face customer service is invaluable.

The staff in Northwich Vodafone offer great customer service. We have received a warm welcome and patient service from both Chris and Kerry. Kerry in fact managed to retain 2 of our phone contracts. Having explored options we’d asked how to get PAC codes as we were planning to leave for another provider.. after more thinking “outside the box” Kerry found a device upgrade which worked out much better value than the Sim only deal that I was looking for. I was really impressed, also heard other customers receiving excellent service for other staff in the shop. I really appreciated being thanked for using the shop and not going direct to Vodafone online or by phone. Feel like a valued customer. I am grateful that we have a store in Northwich and that it is staffed by well trained, friendly individuals who really want to solve issues and help customers find the best value for their money. I went back today to collect my new device and was delighted Kerry was free to serve us again. She is a credit to the business. Thanks Kerry

Northwich store staff extremely helpful - Kerry, Will & Chris went over & above sorting out my contract. Would definitely recommend this store for anyone already with Vodafone or looking to swap from another service provider.
