Faultless Customer Service
Fantastic customer service from both the lads who were working on the afternoon of Friday 21st August. I was assisted by Ethan who was faultless throughout the process of ordering me a new phone, providing informative direction and guidance to ensure I was purchasing the correct handset and plan.
Both were great at building rapport and therefore epitomise fantastic interpersonal skills. I fully hope that their line managers are aware of their invaluable skill sets.

Excellent service
From first enquiring about upgrading my iphone to actually buying and having it set up it, the service I received from the members of staff was exemplary.
All my questions were answered without making me feel like an idiot. I would certainly recommend this store and it's staff to anyone wanting to choose a new phone and discuss air plan options. I am most satisfied.

I went to Vodafone Northallerton today…
I went to Vodafone Northallerton today to discuss an upgrade to my mobile phone hoping to see Joe the store manager as he always goes above and beyond and explained what my options were available to me as an upgrade and also explained things in a very easy to understand manner so we went ahead. We live in Durham but always choose to go to Vodafone in Northallerton as I know any issues will be dealt with with no problem at all and good advice is always given.10/10

Went in to ask how to sort out a problem - i had deleted files from one drive, but don't know how, or what to do. Went in to the shop in Northallerton, and spoke to Joseph.he was very kind to an incompetent technology user, and helped to restore everything. Whilst there, we looked at the other phone and took out another plan. He was lovely (Joseph, that is!) And deserves recognition for his polite, helpful and pleasant service. Thanks

I recently visited Vodafone with a few different things I needed help with, and I left feeling really impressed. The staff handled each one with patience, professionalism, and clear expertise.
The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Everything was explained in a straightforward and helpful way, and I never felt rushed or overlooked.
