Luke was exceptional in the store today. He was warm, friendly and polite. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and made our experience in upgrading our phones easy and smooth. It was an absolute pleasure in meeting him today and he is huge asset to the business. First class customer service throughout.

I came into the store in Middlesbrough today and was helped by Matthew. He was brilliant from start to finish. I’m now saving a considerable amount of money per month on both my home broadband and my sim only plan.
