Great Customer Experience
I changed my phone and entered into a new contract and wanted to do this in person at a store so went to the store in Wood Green. Honey dealt with my requests and was very courteous and polite. I am not technically minded so had many questions which Honey patiently answered and she gave me additional information. Honey provided excellent customer service. The operating system in store was slow so the paperwork required took quite a while to process.

Not that keen on Vodafone
Not that keen on Vodafone, dont let them do direct debit they take different amounts out of my account even though I cancelled my contract they seem entitled to charge you as they please, you have to pay over £100 just to close account after they robbed my bank account of different amounts they refused to return my money,the phone they changed different amounts was not even in use,Vodafone staff wrote my details incorrectly im sick if going to the store provided my id they still have not updated my details
Customer service is really bad,they hang the phone up for no reason Not a good business
Ask for my money Vodafone stole out of my account was told at wood green branch i cannot have it back
When my contract expires will leave Vodafone never to ret6
Staff at wood green are useless
Why are Vodafone responding to my trustpilot review, I have been several times to the shop they told me I cannot get my money back,also called several times o e month £58 other months £38 the phone was in a draw mot being used.Big Rip off,just greedy for customers money i can't wait to leave they took hundreds of pounds via direct debit
