Tabitha is such a legend.She welcomed me with a huge smile and patiently devoted over an hour giving me expert guidance on my very ancient account. I had not intended to purchase a phone plan but her sound reasoning and deep technical analysis made me realise I had so much more to gain by picking up a family bundle with her assistance today. She was sincere, humourous and genuinely committed to helping me find the very best fit. A true joy and the very reason why I would travel miles just to find a physical Vodafone store.

I went into the store in Surrey Quays with my wife for a phone upgrade, we were served by Tabitha and Roman. They were both very helpful and friendly and despite a slight issue with one of the orders, they persisted until they had it sorted for us to take it away. Pleasant experience and they definitely helped with the overall process of the upgrade.

I have visited the Vodafone store in…
I have visited the Vodafone store in Surrey Quays several times, and every experience has been excellent. When my phone was stolen, Tareq helped me with outstanding professionalism and made a very stressful situation much easier. Thanks to his advice, I was very happy with my new phone deal.
Today, I returned to get a new SIM card for my nephew, and we ended up leaving with a new contract and his dream phone! Nadia was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Her warm personality, excellent communication skills, and friendly approach made us feel comfortable and well looked after.
I was also delighted to learn that Tareq has been promoted to Assistant Manager. He offered me some fantastic benefits and made me an even happier Vodafone customer. It's wonderful to see that Vodafone recognises and rewards employees who work hard and provide exceptional customer service.
As a long-term customer, experiences like these give me every reason to stay with Vodafone for many more years. Thank you, Tareq and Nadia, for your excellent service.
