Mahmut gave outstanding customer service! He was extremely helpful. He gave me all of my opinions when upgrading to a new phone. He explained everything to me in detail and answered all my questions. He was very patient with me and ever so polite. Nothing was too much for him. He was absolutely amazing!

Callum at Westfield Stratford City branch was so great with helping with my network issue. Lovely chap, welcoming and helpful. While he was fixing the issue, we got info on vodafone broadband and also new tariffs that we can use too without making it sound dragging and long.
