Went in to upgrade 2 phones. We got expert advice from Nick after telling him our wants and needs. He set up contracts for us that gave us exactly what we asked for with both phones and airtime.

Went into the shop in kings Lynn to have a chat about new phones and better data than what I had with a different supplier.

I was having ongoing problems with my…
I was having ongoing problems with my Samsung phone and decided to buy a new more recent model I was served by Nick the manager who helped with the choice but also reset my old phone so with a new sim card it became use able again I have my new phone with data transfered and a back up second phone Excellent service and support will recommend in the future A much better experience than I have received from other branches

Nicholas is an absolute superstar

Very happy with the service I received…
Very happy with the service I received from the branch they were kind enough to give me some charge as my battery had died, they also gave good advice on how to change mobile number and that doing a list of each app which I would have to update the new number too was a good idea rather than switching off the old number too quickly.
