Patrick was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, polite and generally wonderful. What an asset to the Kilburn store amd Vodafone generally he is. He helped me navigate setting my son up with his own phone and connecting it to mine and was so patient and kind. He deserves a bonus!!

Excellent service
Excellent service. Srija at Kilburn High Road helped me to switch my SIM into eSIM when I got stuck doing it myself. She also helped me to put another physical SIM into my phone and further named the numbers so that I can easily identify them. Thank you Srija for your kindness and patience. You are so great.

My go-to Vodafone store
The Kilburn High Road Vodafone store is my regular place for help with SIMs, etc when I visit the UK. In September I went back for help reviving my outdated VOXI plan. The store is always busy. Aboud was in charge and handling everything well, working on two computers for two different customers, while giving verbal assistance to a coworker with a third, quite difficult client, all the while maintaining good humor. He handles everything with ease, efficiency, acumen, and civility. How he manages, I don't know. But he deserves a big pay rise. Aboud is brilliant.

Excellent service at Kilburn Vodafone
Patrick at the Kilburn store was absolutely amazing today. I came in with my sister who has learning difficulties. We needed quite a bit done, but he was extremely patient and caring. He explained everything and made her feel special, while dealing with lots of her questions. He's a credit to Vodafone.
