I had such a great experience with Vaishnavi when sorting out my upgrade. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and genuinely lovely throughout the whole process. Exemplary employee
Came in today with a customer service related issue that could only be resolved in store due to a theft.

She was attentive, clear and outstandingly helpful.
It can be a thankless job working in a mobile network retail outlet and Vaishnavi deserves that thanks.
