Caitlin B- Phone upgrades
I am really happy with how smoothly my experience was in store, I came in unsure about what to expect with one of my phones and came out with two new Samsung S25 phone upgrades. Caitlin B is an asset to the Vodafone team and company, she was so friendly and welcoming, and she made me feel comfortable and at ease talking to about what I would like from today's visit. Caitlin B was great! Will definitely come back inshore in the future!

iPhone sale
The service was exceptional after having a bad experience online and I was told my order was cancelled. Caitlin P the retail adviser from the Hull store was very helpful and rectified the issue very professionally and promptly.
