Kind and responsive service
On a Saturday we walked in and were immediately greeted by Caitlin P.
She was kind and responsive, and clearly knowledgeable. She helped us problem solve our situation and made sure we left the store with a clear solution and plan. I was lucky enough to have Francesco, from the Hull call centre, pick up my call, he went above and beyond and gave the whole call a personal experience.
