Sale/Collection of new phones
Collected a couple of phones this year from the store, all staff i dealt with were helpful, Kirsty dealt with the sale of my Fold7 this month and she couldn't of been more friendly and knowledgeable, i would recommend this store to anyone.

Been with this internet provider for…
Been with this internet provider for two years and have had nothing but issues. We lose the signal constantly it can be off for days sometimes weeks. We always have issues with contacting them to resolve the issue after spending 45mins going through aotomaited security checks then to talk to someone who can barely speak English and not understand the issue we are talking about. It takes days for them to book a engineer and you can wait up to a week for anyone to come out to check the internet.
Highly recommend you do not pick this internet provider

Visited the Halifax store in an emergency! The staff were so very helpful especially Tommy who I was served by. He was very attentive, understood my needs, looked for best options for me (and the children!) New phones
As soon as we entered the shop in Halifax we were greeted by an assistant and asked to take a seat and wait as they were busy. We were served by Millie who was very knowledgeable and friendly. She dealt with myself and my husband and in no time at all provided us both with new phones and excellent phone plans. Millie is an absolute treasure and advocate for the business.
