I had been having a problem when using my Vodafone dongle. I was away from home so went into Great Yarmouth where l knew there a shop. My problem was that my dongle which had 15gb on it on Monday but had stopped working by Wednesday. In the shop there was a young lady who had been there for 3 yrs, she gave me so much of her time and eventually solved the problem herself. Believe me it was not an easy problem to solve. But through her endeavours solved the problem and made this old git very happy. Purely on her efforts, which were way beyond a simple fix. I left with a broad smile. I can't thank her and Vodafone enough.

Came into store today to get my old sim…
Came into store today to get my old sim changed over to my new sim and was served by Lewis who was incredibly nice and knowledgeable, very chatty and friendly. Had a lot of the same interests and made my experience instore really incredible. Can't give the guy enough credit for how good his service was

Came in store and was looking at getting a new phone and was verry nervious but was put at ease from the kind welcome from troy he took his time to understand my needs and exsplained everything . He also done a tech transfer to keep all my meaningfull photos of my mum and made the new phone easy to navigate and took time to show me how to use the phone. I will definately return to store . Sheaky disloial practices
They are kind of ok. Not that hard to get in touch, but very tricky to handle. Like foxes at the chickens pen. I asked for my new unrequested, unagreed new plan to be closed today. It is the second time in 2 years when I ask for a house move of my broadband and they try to sneak in a new plan, with new INCREASED price and new mandatory period of 2 years. Last year they reversed their similarly "surprise" plan and reactivated my old one when I complained repeatedly about it. This year they said they can't undo what's been done.
I thought then that it was a mistake. That's why I insisted this time on "MOVE HOUSE", no new plan/price/speed/device/period of 24 months to start with. Just my old plan, with its monthly price and my old router plugged at a new Vodafone covered address. This is not a mistake, it is a treaturous practice to hold customers captive.
On top of that, the service never actually started at the new address on the scheduled date and they could not fix it. Had to be excalated to Broadband Support Team 2, who gets back in maybe 48h.
So I found myself in an unexpected 14 days cooling off period of a contract. Guess what... I will choose to test other kind of torments and issues with some other provider. And since I find myself available for a new contract ahead of time, I actually discovered I can find way better speeds at lower or similar prices. Disgusted. This is not a way to keep your customers.
