I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Toby at Vodafone when setting up SIM-only contracts for myself and my mum. From start to finish, Toby was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to really listen to what I was looking for, and his friendly, approachable manner made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
