Yes went in to the Falmouth store to check on my phone account and broad band and they checked everything and talked me though it bit by bit and sorted it all out as Every thing was ending having difficulties in compreheding a lot of things as they tend to muddle me they took there time to explain it all and sorted the billing out and up grade what was need plesent team who understood my needs of what I required

Great service with Gryfynn today , i felt totally at ease , he wasnt pushy at all and took his time talking to me and talking through diffrent plans ,i think hes a great asset to the vodafone store and would highly recommend anyone to go there in the future 🙂
