I m listed as a vulnerable customer …
I m listed as a vulnerable customer with 3. The 3 shop in Westwood, Margate was shut with note alternative shop nearby.phoned to ask nearest, but as three customer was given runaround of name middle name and everything except shoe size. Asked for supervisor but still not informed of so called nearby shop. Discovered nearby shop was 25 miles away in Canterbury. Received excellent service but due to IT problems had my data wiped && not permitted to download myself from the cloud REF : 177485168175899978770410970 999 'TRACE I.D.' WAS TOLD 3 AMALGAMATED with vodaphone from April 1, so waited week before going but told I would be liable for a 25 £ charge.Told go back to Canterbury which would cost me about the same with no garintee it would be sorted...as vulnerable customer I consider it ABONABLE

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and I’m truly sorry to hear about the difficulties you’ve faced. The challenges you described—especially as a vulnerable customer—are absolutely not the level of care you should expect, and I completely understand how frustrating and distressing this must have been for you.
The situation with the closed shop, the lack of clear information about the nearest alternative location, and the repeated questions when you simply needed help is disappointing, and it’s not the experience we want anyone to have. Being asked to travel 25 miles, only to face IT issues resulting in data loss and then a potential charge afterwards, is understandably unacceptable.
