THIS is how customer service should be done!
I can't rate my experience in this store highly enough. I went in today to try to sort a mess I was in with my phone and a new contract and the store manager Kesh was an absolute godsend. Nothing was too much trouble and he went massively over and above to get me sorted out. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the store to anyone and honestly, that experience is what has made me decide to stay with Vodafone.

The Red Superheros of Dereham
Absolutely superb service. I popped in today as my Google pixel 7 hasn't been working well, for some reason it had stopped ringing out loud for the past few weeks. It has been working fine beforehand and I couldn't find anything in the settings. Sound was working fine for everything else. I was really confused. I didn't expect them to be able to fix it. I had my screen replaced a few months back so I was worried that it was an issue related to that.
I left the phone with the staff members and returned half an hour later, not expecting a fix. To my surprise they were able to sort it hooray! It was caused by my Google watch app, the app had muted notifications and calls for my phone. Now I think of it, my watch face changed after updating my watch, so I believe it could have been caused by my Google pixel watch updating.
Very knowledgeable staff members! I had assumed it was caused by a fault from having my screen replaced and wouldn't of ever thought of it being in the watch settings.
I can't thank the staff members enough. I'm a busy mum with a child with health issues so I desperately need a working phone. Thank you so much! (I would give a 1000 stars if I could)

Best team ever...
I can't honestly think of when I have had service quite like it, the whole team are exceptional, Luke and Ellie have gone way above and beyond for my family, even when things haven't gone smoothly the entire staff there have done everything they can to help and more, why are they exceptional to me, well I had a set of circumstances which made it very complex going into store and getting new phones and when those circumstances turned upside down in store they calmly helped my entire family. This team are simply outstanding.

We needed to change my Vodafone account…
We needed to change my Vodafone account from an Irish account to a UK one. Kesh dealt with me. We had earlier managed to change my wife's sim but had issues with mine. Kesh was brilliant, he left no stone unturned in sorting this out for me. A complete professional and a gentleman to boot. Everything is working perfect now, thank you Kesh.

Bought my phone from digital phone…
Bought my phone from digital phone company. Had a problem with them and the store adviser was aggressive and rude ... Decided to visit dereham Vodafone and see Kesh . He fixed the issue and was lovely. I'll never go back to digital phone company and I wish Vodafone would investigate them . 10/10 for Vodafone Dereham

VODAFONE EAST DEREHAM STORE 100% RECOMMENDED
Vodafone East Dereham Store I would Highly Recommend them.They have a great Manager and Staff who are very knowledgeable. I have always just gone online before but having been to the store and seen them face to face I would have no hesitation in saying to anyone use this store. I found it much easier to solve any problems and show me how to use the Mobile products they sell. I have had to go in to see them several times recently each time nothing was too much trouble.
