Excellent service and friendly staff
We were served by Ken and he was fantastic. He listened to our needs and found us a great deal. He was knowledgeable, patient and friendly. He went above and beyond our best expectations and got our old phone working on our new tariff while preserving our number and data and offered to look into sorting out a new phone when we needed to upgrade. We went away very happy. Thanks to Ken.

Computer, and now Vodafone Complaints, says 'No'
Computer said No. Existing Vodafone Airtime plan ok. Can't buy new phone without new airtime plan. New plan costs £5pm x 36 mths extra and binds me for 24 mths. Came to spend > £1300. Left to buy phone elsewhere and close existing airtime. Useless
Now you say contact your sales team? What's the point? You're not offering anything different from the store and I've already spent an hour in your store. Nice to offer me another chance to waste my time. Terrible customer service.

Great to argue with customer in front of a shop full of people!
Issue was that I was not receiving app icon badge on Whatssapp so was missing new messages. There was obviously a setting that I couldn't find.
Advisor told me the S23 is a great phone and that this is a minor issue, everything else works, so he couldn't understand why I was complaining and that I should just put up with it!
He just didn't get that, whilst this may be minor to him, to me it was really important and ..... I do actually want ALL the features on my latest model phone to work, I won't be grateful that 90% of them do!
After much arguing the point, he did find the missing hidden setting, which was all I wanted.

SIM issue
I recently had an issue with old mobile network locked so unable to use another SIM provider. On arrival to store, very friendly and welcoming staff with smiles. The customer service received was excellent and really feel Callum (Store Manager) showed great patience and willingness to help resolve my problem even though no longer with Vodafone. He managed my expectations well and has done everything possible to get it sorted. Thanks again really appreciate it 👍
