I needed to set up my phone and needed some help! Chantelle was so patient and knowledgeable. She was able to transfer everything from one phone to another, and helped me to access accounts I didn't know the password for! Not once did I feel like I was being a burden. While I sat in the store, waiting for updates, I observed Chantelle and Teo communicate with a range of customers. Both were so helpful. Thank you for your help today!

Resolving a problem with data roaming
I visited the Vodafone store in Bridgend this morning in relation to a problem with my wife's phone.

I had such a genuinely positive experience at Vodafone that I felt I had to leave a review. Chantelle was outstanding from start to finish. She was welcoming, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to really understand what I needed rather than rushing me into a decision. She clearly explained all the options available, answered every question I had without hesitation, and made sure I felt confident in my choice. Aaron at Vodafone Bridgend was amazing
