Nikki was a fantastic help and was a pleasure to be supported by. Going in with a fraud issue and being offered the best offer on a samsung S25, she was friendly, helpful, and had an amazing personality that make customers feel comfortable. Gillian is extremely helpful, pleasant and competent. I consulted her last week about my changing plan and she suggested then, that I go back for further advice when my change- over was more imminent. I did this today and was once again very happy with her service.

My visit to the store was excellent, Gillian was my host and was very efficient at her job and explained everything I needed to know.. She is a friendly, polite lady and very helpful.. I managed to get what I went in for and was most impressed by the service I received

I wasted 20 hours on the phone over 4 months to cancel my broadband,
Then i went to the vodafone shop and Nikki resolved it for me immediately!
My advice if your having trouble on the phone go to the Vodafone Shop!
