Chris needs a bonus
The experience at the start was hugely frustrating due to Vodafone's verification procedures and the lack of customer support we received via the customer support telephone service but I went to the Vodafone store in Forestside shopping centre this evening and Chris was more than helpful. Really appreciated his help resolving an issue that previous Vodafone employees could not resolve.

Excellent staff
Stefanie was really welcoming when we had first entered the store and swiftly attended to us, patient while we had collected the right information and extremely professional. Always feel comfortable in the Forestside store.

Would highly recommend this Vodafone shop, all of the staff were so lovely, professional and made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. Neil was my representative and was so efficient and wonderful at getting me the most optimised plans for a variety of needs I had. He was very professional and lovely to be a customer to. David made us very welcome and was very helpful throughout the process.
He explained everything as he went along and was very patient when asked a question.
He transferred all my data very quickly.
All in all a good experience.
