Stay away
Stay away! Overpriced! Would give negative stars if I could. Taking your money, giving inaccurate information about your pets condition and then prescribing treatment that doesn't work! My husband brought our rabbit here knowing what was wrong because we had another rabbit for 13 years. The vet, Dr. Elana Buenrostro, felt his stomach and said he was "not that bad." She then went on to prescribe a treatment/mix that needed to be given through a syringe multiple times throughout the day. My husband asked about a shot, our previous bunny had it and was better immediately. The vet said there was a study and they don't give the shot. My husband explained our other bunny had it, he had been fine and lived for 13 years. The vet said they did not do it anymore. This treatment they were prescribing was supposed to make him better within 48 hours. A little over 24 hours and he was worse. He was not moving, eating or drinking. The emergency vet hospital that we went to next said it was too late for the shot. TOO LATE for a rabbit that the vet had said was not that bad! Our rabbit would still be here if they had just listened and given him the shot. But instead because of this place our rabbit suffered, is gone and now we are upset. Stay away if you want your pets to live!
RECENT UPDATE - THEIR RESPONSE HAS BEEN TO TELL MY HUSBAND THEY ARE ENDING THEIR RELATIONSHIP WITH US AND MAILING US THE MEDICAL RECORDS......NO COMPASSION AT ALL!!
