Best salon I've ever been to
8 years ago i got the worst haircut of my life, it took a lot to finally go somewhere and get my hair done again
But Vivo did not disappoint, i got a hair nanoplasty and a cut and it all came out amazing, this place restored my faith in hair salons

Gigi, she listened to my hair concerns and offered a lovely experience, I went into the salon feeling quiet down about my hair, but left feeling really great. She was not only very skilled but also lovely. Everything you want in a salon visit.

Whakatane Vivo!
Jo was my hair stylist, he was very welcoming, polite and kind.
We had an in depth consultation which I’m so glad because I had very dry & damaged hair; the shade of blonde I wanted would have left my hair even more dry which is not what I wanted.
We went with the Kerasilk treatment instead, and now my hair looks shiny & feels smooth :)
Afterwards I’ll book to get my hair dyed.

Fast, efficient service. Ordered something online which wasn't available was emailed straight away and a replacement was sorted very very happy with the service, I would 100% recommend to everyone!

Amazing experience
Shayal was amazing, I was nervous about bleaching my hair as its very fine but when she was done my hair felt healthier than it did when I came in and the colour is better than expected

Hollee has been my hairdresser for many years at Vivo, and I couldn't recommend her more highly. She has an incredible depth of knowledge about all things hair and has supported me through every stage of my hair journey with expert advice and care.
Hollee always takes the time to listen to what I want and consistently ensures I leave the salon feeling delighted with the results. Her recommendations for the right products to use at home have always been spot on, and I've been able to maintain my hair beautifully between appointments thanks to her guidance.

Perfect first salon experience
My 13 year old daughter had her first “big girl” haircut and colour by Courtney at the New Plymouth salon. She was amazing and asked my daughter what she wanted, explained why and how to care for her hair and made the experience really special for her all while doing a fantastic job!

Best Vivo branch
I regulary go to this branch. Not quite sure why but maybe I'm drawn to the teams hospitality and service. They give me options for my hair and I always feel great after my visit.
