Massive deterioration since Vivisol took over the contract from Phillips Respironics. Impossible to contact. No-one answers the phone. Feedback is pointless. Company ignores any comment. Obviously the NHS gets what it pays for, and in this case, it is not very much for its money. The sooner the NHS reviews company performance in this case, the better, The outcome will not be good.
Just followed 3 Vivasol vans travelling north on the M6 on Thursday 1st Oct 2026 about 3.30pm in Lancashire.
Complete idiots. All sat in the 3rd lane of a 4 lane motorway, then the middle lane when it went to 3 lanes.
They could have moved over, but didnt, just sat there preventing people passing.
Utterly thoughtless - and a stupid thing to do in liveried vehicles with 'Vivasol', 'supporting the NHS' all over.
I'm waiting for my fitting for my nhs cpap. You're expected to allow a whole free day until they confirm time after 9am.
I wasn't told this initially. They can't even say morning or afternoon which is acceptable.
The very nice lady I spoke to on the phone has no way of seeing the appointments the travelling employee has made or making. Not very organised or helpful.
They need conecting up. We have the technology.

Very poor service when calling they do not answer when my partner needed help with his order that had been ordered a week ago and still hadnt arrived!
They are contracted by my NHS trust to provide CPAP services.i tried ringing today as the unit is broken. Half hour waiting on the phone and then they just hung up. So I tried again. Another half hour and they hung up again.
They were good about a year ago. Id imagine that was a trial period whilst they secured the onho8ng funding from my trust. My guess is now that they've got the regular income as I also phoned a few days ago and it took 25 mins to answer and the person answered sounded disinterested, stressed and fed up.
IF they reply to this it'll be some contrived predictable excuse that we're all so used to hearing now. "Unexpectedly busy" "technical problems" etc etc. The reality is they the shareholders and CEO will be implementing cut backs on staffing and QC now that they have secured their lucrative NHS contract. Enjoy your rounds of golf whilst the rest of us can't sleep due to sleep aponea you societal vampires.
