I ordered a product that was not what was expected. I was disappointed. However, the company was great on the issue. They refunded me for the product. I would still go in and check on the products and might order in the future.

I have to admit I overreacted a bit about this whole process, I became concerned when I didn't receive a notification that I was receiving a refund, after exchanging emails, you notified me to check my card statement for the refund and I verified, so other than a little miscommunication, l'm very happy with your quick and acceptable resolution to this issue, I would have no issue with working with your team again if needed, Thank You!!!

Worst company in the world. No customer service. They will rip you off and not send you your product that you ordered. I was taken for several hundred dollars from this company and they said my product was delivered but they could not tell me to what address, what day it was delivered or by what delivery company. Then they lied again saying that they would refund my money and as of this day I have not received any refund from them. They are out to SCAM the consumer out of their hard earned money.

Large solar powered mosquito zapper & garden stake light has the following issues:
1. Large but the width of the square top is only 5.1 inch long, so small, unlike what the ad video shows.
2. Only two buttons on the kit: Light or UV. If you turn on the light, it is like a night light. If you turn on UV, no light at all although attracted some bugs. A useless junk!
3. There was no paper sheets for Directions for use or name, size and manufacturer's contact information of the light. Nothing provided in the packaging box except loose parts of the light.

I looked at advertisement videos of the bug zappers and the 2 large I ordered came in half the size that’s shown on the advertisement videos. I put one in the front yard and one in the back yard. I have had them up for around three weeks and never seen any flies, mosquitoes, or any other insect come around them. The sight I bought them from shows a few reviews from names that are fake or made up! Why can’t I write a review on the selling sight! I will never buy from Vivanchor again! They lie like other advertisers do. I will only buy items from amazon where they take returns with no questions asked.

What is a large bug zapper took over two weeks to get to me when I received it I let it I let it charge for three days when I went to turn it on only one side was working. So I called the company left a message with Grace. No email waited two days called again. Sent an email now they want to only give me $21.03 for the bug zapper and I keep the broken one.. I feel this is unfair requested a full refund or a call tag for the old one and just send me a large bug zapper waiting for a response

I ordered their multi-outlet converter after seeing the add that shows the removal of the old outlet's base plate and installing the new "included" long screw that holds the outlet in place. This is not what I got. The outlet just plugs into the existing outlet like every other multi outlet converter and falls out of socket. Cheap garbage not worth the price at all. Misleading advertising.

Deliver to the right add! Respond to emails sent and send respond in English if we live in the USA! My Order was delivered to the wrong add, the company changed my add. I really don't think a add of 20th street Circle is a good add, it's street our Cir in the USA, let's see if they refund my money!

I show a promo for a buy one get one mosquito zapper for free. After much debate, I decided to buy the zapper… So I ordered the zapper on a Monday, and was under the impression I was receiving one for free. Even after I placed the buy, I saw another promo later that evening for a buy one get one free….???…. I unfortunately only received one zapper, and it is totally smaller than the picture that was shown on the promo. I put the little buddy outside and it is so short and small it didn’t attract as many mosquitoes as I was anticipating. Strike three, the company is international…

I ordered some peelers almost a month ago, and the payment has cleared my bank. I haven't received this order yet, and when I went to their website every contact was inactive. Has Vivanchor gone out of business?

Ordered a dog tool to remove undercoat. I was charged for 2. Vi only ordered on. I was never able to talk to a human.

Automated kept saying can't find orders. Must be a computer glitch. Contact customer service, someone will get back to you in 12 hrs. Liars. It took 72 hrs to get a email back after i started a dispute with bank. The message i received stated sorry it is taking so long. Every correspondence from customer service was sorry it was taking so long to ship. It never was about shipping. It was i wanted a refund for one i didn't order.
I got them. They are garbage. There are no directions on how to use it safely. It doesn't work at all.
