Too bad the lowest rate is one star i would give them 0 even negative.
From 3 days im asking how to keep my number because im extremely unhappy with the service and instead of providing me with the info i asked they pushing me some contracts i didn't asked for.
Either they are extremely stupid either their insolence doesn't have any limits.

Worst provider ever.
Stay away from them they don’t care for their customers all they want is your money.

Абсолютно потресаващи. Внимавайте много когато ви дават цените на пакетите, защото ви говорят за цени без ДДС и когато си получите сметката, оп, изненадаааа. Рязко договора ви поскъпва.

Tormented with robot calls and agent offers for new contracts, bad and slow customer service, friend of mine lost money from them and never got them back. My ISP got acquired by them but my service is still horrible, high ping spikes and package lost from their network.
There not a single good carrier in Bulgaria.

Lied about my contract price, lied about the phone i was supposed to get with the contract (never got the phone despite multiple orders), borderline scam company that are charging more than the amount indicated in the contract.
Worst service, like every provider in Bulgaria - all are the same level of mediocrity.

Super crappy equipment which breaks all the time, since they only know how to charge high prices and then give you the worst service. Avoid at all costs. Super unprofessional, super low quality and horrible, rude customer service!

Nothing like phoning a company and having them put the phone down on you for asking a legitimate question. e.g. how do I cancel my subscription? Simple, but it seems something they aren't equipped to do... WOW

Vivacom are not cool at all. Me and my girlfriend are paying nearly 80 leva ~ 42 euro per month and we don't have any coverage in our home which is near the center of Sofia (capital of Bulgaria). This is so unacceptable and when I called them like 10 times they said "it will be fixed" but when - nobody knows. I do not recommend them at all.

I wish I went with A1 instead. Took out 2 year contract with WiFi, sim and TV box for student daughter. We returned the box as she moved out afte4 1 year but they had cheek to charge for 2 boxes. Had no success in visiting the shop or reporting to customer services so we just paid extra £100. This month they have overcharged on sim only plan which should be £15 and not £80. Horrible company for foreign students. No care for customers or students on budget.

As I'm sure many other reviews note, Viacom was the best operator in Bulgaria, but since they were bought by United Group, everything has been going downhill. They only want money. Higher prices for less or worse service. Many employees including our account manager quit. I shouldn't deny that they have introduced good products, but all have declined in quality.

It used to be the best mobile operator in Bulgaria, but looks like the last owner ruined that company!
After one month of my complaint against their charges for roaming, I figured out that it was rejected and no one got in touch to let me know!
Just moved away from them!

When make contracts they hide too much info from their clients like speed, quality and limit for unlimited internet, yes they have limit to 10gb on full speed per day, but nobody tell you when make contract. However, will see with this people in court.

I went to the Vitosha mountain for a hike, and Vivacom charged me extra Serbian roaming fees. The invoice didn't show any details, just the amount for mobile was twice as expensive. I have never been to Serbia. Even if I go, the roaming fees of Vivacom are so high that it quite a scam.

Well for all there talk with sales person. Upto 300 mb unlimited. No chance absolute rubbish you get in reality 10 mb no way I will have anything from vivacom again had it for two weeks grossly disappointed. Turn of WiFi and my phone picks up 130 mb trying to cancel as they are rubbish .

Vivacom took over Telnet Bulgaria. Our Internet speed bombed down to 1.36mbps from 17mbps. I phoned them up. The gentleman who answered the phone basically told me to suck it up this was all we were going to get. Oh and they want us to sign a 2 year contract. Yeah like that is going to happen😂

Повече от месец нямам телевизия и интернет, след като бяхме посетени 2 пъти от екипи. Абсолютно безобразен и неинформиран customer support, който не дава никаква информация, отговаря единствено с "не знам" и "нямам идея" и често се сменят сценариите - първо имаха "авария", после не било ясно какъв екип трябвало да дойде и разбира се не знаят кога ще дойде. Без информация за срокове и каквото и да е развитие по казуса, но за СМЕТКА на това, фактурите продължават да си идват по план за услуга, която физически НЕ МОГА да изпозлвам. Шаблонни, предсказуеми отговорчета от поддръжката и изключително несериозно отношение. ГОРЕЩО НЕ ПРЕПОРЪЧВАМ!!!!!!!!

Don’t even consider VIVACOM in BG.
As a person who knows people who work there I can surely say their whole business model is build on them lying to their costumers.
There are a lot of small Internet providers in almost every neighborhood. Would recommend choosing them over those scammers from vivacom

I have been with Viacom for 3yrs. For the last 2months the service has been appalling. When I speak to the Engineers they end up telling me everything is fine. But it is not. My contract states an Download speed of 150Mbps, my internet hovers between .9 - 1.6Mbps.
We can only connect 1 device at a time. The TV constantly buffers on Netflix and TV Mucho.
AVOID VIVACOM.
They take your money and give you a promise that they cannot keep.
My mobile phone cannot get a line out when standing next to the router.
I'm paying 70bgn per month for no service.
I will be moving to a different provider as VIVACOM have become garbage.
My phone is struggling to submit this review poor internet.
