Scammed an OLD LADY INTO SIGNING A NEW CONTRACT AND LYING ABOUT CANCELING ACTIVE CONTRACT!!! NOW FORCING US TO PAY DOUBLE FOR BOTH CONTRACTS THIS IS ABSURD WE WILL BE LOOKING INTO SUING.

Имате доста повече избор, с удоволствие ще си давам парите при конкурентите като сте толкова жалки и непрофесионални!

So we are moving location within Sofia. Customer service tries to get you to take out a new contract, instead of changing the location of the router. The new contract will be higher ofcourse. From my point of view you turned me from a happy customer with just 1 phone call into an extremely unhappy customer. I now understand how this company stays in business... simply by ripping their customers off. Shame they are too big to fail. I am sure they do not care.

Awful service. I had to visit their office to purchase an eSIM, which took time to activate, and it turned out to be non-functional. Getting a replacement would require another office visit, wasting more of your time.

I had a call with one of their reps today.
For all the time and money the company spends on training, this particular lady had 0 soft skills, I am surprised how they keep their jobs.
I had an issue with my registration and instead of guiding me to the correct steps, she says 'no, that is not what the screen shows', like really?? You wanna come over here and read it with me, send you a SS, I have never lost it on a customer service rep as I did to this Svetla lady.
I felt terrible, but seriously that is not the way you approach a customer who is already aggravated, because I mentioned to you this is my 3rd attempt to resolve this and if you cannot help me transfer me to tech support.
She says so rude - ' no, there is no tech support' - like really, you need another job in the local grocery store, even there people are more helpful!

After painful 7-8 min she managed to 'guide me' to a solution, after I have had to guide her to the proper questions.

Not reliable for home internet services. They have outage in the building and that’s why (?) cancelled the scheduled visit which was set with priority. For the second day in a row they dont come to fix it despite our request that we work from home. They were not my choice as a provider and next step is to change them.

This is the worst Bulgarian company. Never deal with them.
When we visited their office to purchase antennas and TV boxes, we specifically asked if we could use them in the UK. They assured us that there would be no problem, but we needed a Bulgarian address for registration. We provided a Bulgarian address and successfully used the boxes in the UK for several years.
Now, they have redirected their satellite, making it impossible to use the antennas in the UK. When we called them to cancel our contract, they informed us that we still had to pay a penalty for six months and return their device. We explained that it was their fault and that their actions had made it impossible to watch TV in the UK. They simply replied that since our registration was under a Bulgarian address, it was our problem.
Avoid them at all costs and never do business with them!

Not very nice, in my opinion. I asked a consultant for something, and I didn't get it, they were also gossiping in the other part of the office. I somehow ended up with not what I expected . I do not want to tell if they were using coersion. Maybe they werent, because it is not the best thing to do.
Now i am stuck with a phone that I might need to change next year, because it was maybe from last year, last moths of it.

Exceptionally incorrect company one-sidedly increasing price on active subscription contracts relying on the fact that they are in kartell with the other two major players on the telecom market and the Regulatory Commission in Bulgaria is playing with them against the public interest in their poor pseudo-European country.

they are discussing - in Dec 2024 i had a new mobile service contract and only 1 Months later in Jan 2025 i receive info the the monthly payment will increase with 10 % !!!!

Absolutely unhelpful. My experience with the customer service people made me feel they were happy to have won, and I should shut up and go away.

The internet is just stopping randomly. We called them when our internet was slow. They changed our router with worse than the old one. The internet was 0mbps at 60% of the time, we called them again and they fixed the problem for like a day. After that the same problem. The worst company in Bulgaria for sure

My internet has been turning on off again at random for 2 WEEKS now, what am even paying for ? You cant even provide the basic service you are charging people for. Absurd. Joke of a company.

The worst company in Bulgaria! The worst website I have ever used. Unable to register as a new user to check any current bill. The auto assistance was offered to chat with a customer agent at some point, the agent disappeared at the middle of the chat. Very disappointed!

Havent had internet for 5-6 days, called them and they said there is a group technical issue and are working to resolve it. They told me tomorrow it will be fixed and an hour later I get an SMS from them that the new date for fixing it is on monday (this happened on friday). Monday comes, I call them, they say they are fixing it and 30 mins later I get an SMS saying that the new date is on Tuesday, sams thing happens on Tuesday and they say Wednesday and today (on Wednesday) they tell me they will fix it till Friday (which i doubt). They are extremely unprofessional, especially their technicians that dont care about anything. This is a massive group technical issue and so many people dont have internet yet they dont seem to care cuz if they did they wouldve fixed it already. Do not use their internet offers ever.

We are left with very to zero internet for over a week the we e-mailed and phone to technical department with out success say they will phone back never do.
Service is very poor keep putting me off

I`m just going to say that i am paying for 100mbps internet i am using 3mpbs internet.

First, they misled me about the possibility of transferring my home internet service from one address to another in Sofia. Now, I'm paying for a service I can't use. Despite several complaints, I haven't even received an apology for the inconvenience. To make matters worse, I'm now faced with a markup on my monthly bill for penalties on equipment that I never returned or relocated!

Don't be fooled into becoming their subscriber!
