Jack is always so helpful and always willing to put in the time to help, even if its last minute / urgent request. He always finds the solutions to all of my questions, even if its not his area of expertise - I couldn't have done a lot of the initiatives onsite without Jacks help.

Very Good, worth doing and value for money

I've been directly involved in the building and ongoing management of many ecommerce websites over the last quarter of a century (eek!) and I am aware of the many pitfalls. Having used Shopify, Magento, osCommerce and in-house website solutions, I have been extremely impressed with Visualsoft, not just as a web platform but as a holistic service that covers the whole gamut of digital marketing from SEO to PPC to email to CRO etc.

Although no company is perfect, I have been very impressed with how quick they are to resolve issues, with fairly complex problems often being resolved in minutes, let alone hours.

Special shout out to the excellent work done by Jess in the email team, and Sasha in the PPC team. Friendly, efficient, and considered service at its best.

Jack at VS is incredibly helpful and his training sessions are fun and informative. The training sessions have been very beneficial to our business and have definitely improved the way we are able to use the platform. One thing about Visualsoft is training, you cannot fault their comment to training new clients on their platform. Whether its training videos or one to one training which is easy to book online. Also support on how to create/manage special events through the year, Black Friday, Christmas, Special Offers. All the training with Jack has been most helpful, friendly and professional.
