Wouldn't be without them

We looked around at many care agents before decided who to go with. Visiting Angels were so friendly on the phone and made us feel like they cared about what we needed and not just wanting our business. We spoke to a lady called Alice when we called who we found to be very accommodating and understanding to our needs. We then had a lady called Liza come out to do our first meeting and explain to us how everything works, she even came back with our carer Ellie to meet us before starting. This is something we were not offered by anyone else and have us peace of mind of who was coming to our home. Mum and dad have got on wonderful with Ellie. When calling the office you get through to a delightful young lady called Shannon who is always happy to help. We had a query with an invoice on one occasion (our misunderstanding) and everything was explained clearly by a chap called sheer.
We have had a couple of people to visit mum and dad when Ellie has been off and we've always been made aware of it's someone different and if we are ok with that well in advanced. Everyone we've met or had dealings with has been superb.
If anyone in the Buckinghamshire area is in need of care we would highly recommend Visiting Angels without a second thought.
We still have Ellie visiting and wouldn't be without her now.

Angels when we really needed them

We found ourselves in a position needing support for my mum very suddenly. She was living with terminal cancer and her deterioration was very sudden. She was matched with a wonderful young lady called Shannon. In the final weeks of mums life, Shannon kept her company, kept her cared for, kept her as independent as she could still be and most of all.... kept her happy. I would choose her a thousand times over to look after anyone. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for brining joy to such a terrible time.

Perfect all round Angels

The care was started really quickly and exactly what we needed. We were able to meet the lovely lady who was coming to see dad before hand which was great.
Our overall experience has been amazing. Nothing is too much trouble and the connection built with dad is second to none. The whole team are really friendly, the office is informative and checks in on how things are going. exactly what you would expect and more. Beyond thankful for having found these Angels
