Fedral Law-The Fairness to Contact Lens Consumers Act (FCLCA) and the Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) Contact Lens Rule I have been wearing hard contact lenses…
I have been wearing hard contact lenses for 55 years. Suffer from high Myopia and am self insured. To that end during a recent visit to Eyeclectic Vision Source, I was denied my contact lens perscription according to their "policy"-pending a fitment at additional cost. This is a clear violation of Fedral Law-The Fairness to Contact Lens Consumers Act (FCLCA) and the Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) Contact Lens Rule are the federal regulations that mandate this.
I will be filing formal complaints with ALL governing authorities against the Business and specific personel to include my examing Dr. Dr. Ashka Patel who co conspired together with their contact lens"specialist".
Lastly, there were no documented resluts of the exam test results uploaded to my patient portal despite my request via email to Dr. Ashka Patel.
Alltogerther they took my money, waisted my time and delivered nothing.
