Don't bother
Course didn't even get started. After a week processing my app they sent it back saying they had decided to add a criminal record check (what, just this week?) and I would have to send my driving license again. Customer services were not happy with this but I expect that kind of attitude from anyone associated with Capita.

Course=good, Certificates=an absolute disgrace
As far as the course goes (IT user skills), everything was fine. Nicely laid out, helpful video tutorials, flexibility with due dates etc and a tutor who always got back to me swiftly if I needed anything. But the certificate issue upon completion (and I've noted that others have had the same problem) is not good enough.
I finished my course on January 11th and was told there may be a delay of up to 16 weeks for the certificates to arrive. After waiting 25 weeks I contacted Vision2learn via their messaging service to enquire where they'd got to. It took another 2 weeks before I got a reply informing me "I have checked with the Exams Team and they claimed your certificate from the awarding body 22/6/2022. Once it arrives into the office it will be posted directly to you".
We're now another 3 weeks further on and still nothing has arrived. That makes it 31 weeks since I finished the course! A certificate is a piece of paper with a signature on it - I'm sorry but the Covid excuse of delaying things is no longer credible, nor is putting the blame solely on the examining board.
Not all but many job interviews these days want proof of certificates, rendering what was achieved on this course irrelevant as I cannot prove that I completed it. What would have been a 5 star review therefore is only a 3, of which I will edit down further for every month that passes by without my document(s) arriving.
Updated 28/8:
Another 2 weeks have gone by, still no certificate. The copy /paste reply received on this review is to fill out the very contact form that I have already referred to in the 2nd paragraph, i.e - zero help whatsoever.
Review is now down to 2 stars, and I'm fairly certain it'll be down to 1 and hell will have frozen over before I ever receive the certificates I studied for.
Utterly appalling.
