Absolutely terrible service — stay away from Virgin Media!
I have never experienced such poor customer service. Virgin Media repeatedly booked installation appointments, only for nobody to turn up. They changed appointment dates without properly informing me, leaving me completely frustrated and wasting my time.
I lost two days of my holiday waiting for engineers who never came. After almost two months of waiting, the installation still wasn’t completed. Every time I tried to sort it out, I was given another appointment or another excuse.
This is an absolute joke. Customers’ time clearly means nothing to them. I have now cancelled the whole thing because I have had enough.
Do yourself a favour and stay away from Virgin Media. There are plenty of other providers who actually respect their customers and their time. I would not recommend Virgin Media to anyone.

I switched to Virgin media as I was sold a service that we could suspend automatically as to wifi as our two teenagers constantly stay online and cause distress and frustration within our family

The facility was on the App but when clicking on it displayed a message saying the facility isn’t working at present but they are working on a solution

Recently this facility has disappeared from the App and today I have been told it’s not available on the latest router !

I have been mislead and miss sold and am extremely unhappy

I am currently paying for my old Sky service for which i had been a loyal customer for 10 years and switched for a service that I was misled and was not available

I will be reporting Virgin to the Ombudsman

Absolute Sh##e. Constantly drops out and never delivers the speeds they promise. I was enticed my their price for 1GB in compared to BT, but honestly they are crap. I will be leaving as soon as my contract runs out.

Why is the bank refusing to let me pay my bills but take money out

i feel unhappy to give virgin media only 1 star i have been with then for 10 years and overall have given me a good service i tried to upgrade my package and to keep 1 box keep my internet and phone line and change my other. 2 box’s to plug in he spoke not great english which resulted in me pay less and giving me less service i feel i was shafted so he could maybe get a bit more commission i guess i stuck with this for 2 years i only ask to be treated respectfully as a customer as do treat virgin media short term gain long term loss long term customer

Absolutely disgusting from start to finish. Made me pay for services I didn’t use. Then put a missed payment on my credit score assured me it would be taken off and hasn’t been. Say they will do things and don’t. Shocking service and customer service.

Complaint after complaint and been going on for months and no resolution!! Disgusting .

Everything was smooth from start to installation, the engineer very professional and much respect for our property,installed and explained everything clearly. And we are now enjoying your products 😀

I just got connected to Virgin. God, I am in big problem for 18 months, I will have to wait to thatt long to leave, I waited on the telephone for 30 minuetes. I had to cut off. They say use the my VN app, that too told me severally, the page is taking too long to load, i should try again.

Reading their reviews, I know I made a mistake to come over to them, I advise anyone wanting to make a move to virgin, not to try it. Never. The service/reception is rubbish and they have no customer care/service, none at all
