Everything went smooth from start to finish well done Steven.

We have received repeated unsolicited sales calls from this company. We have made it clear on multiple occasions that we do not consent to marketing calls and have explicitly asked them to stop contacting our business, yet the calls have continued.

Regardless of the service being offered, repeatedly contacting a business after being expressly asked to stop is unacceptable. We are now keeping a record of the calls and reporting the matter through the appropriate channels.

I would strongly recommend that the company reviews its marketing practices and respects requests from businesses that do not wish to be contacted.

Refuse to give CRN or display it on their website which is a legal requirement.

RED FLAG - STAY AWAY!!

Terrible company- do not trust them for important deliveries.

I paid for a pop up banner, a 6ft banner, t shirts and leaflets for a show I was exhibiting at. I ordered in plenty of time, met the deadline for sending over artwork and paid extra for guaranteed delivery to ensure my items were delivered in time for the show.

Only 1 pop up banner arrived on the day everything was due. I was promised that the other banner and leaflets was going to arrive the next day, but that the t shirts weren’t going to be delivered.

I managed to get the t shirts printed locally for double the price at last minute and waited for the other banner and flyers to come as promised- they didn’t.

I had to attend the show with 1 banner and we looked completely stupid because this company let us down.

I want a FULL refund for my whole order otherwise I’ll be putting in a claim.

I’ve given 4 stars overall, although I would definitely give 5 stars for the customer service I’ve received from Darren Daniels.

Darren is always extremely helpful, informative and respectful. His customer service is excellent, and he genuinely goes out of his way to find ways to help me as a customer, which is always appreciated.

The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars overall is due to delivery times. Unfortunately, we’ve had a couple of orders that haven’t arrived when expected, which can be disappointing, particularly when working to deadlines.

If the delivery reliability could be improved, I’d happily give 5 stars. Darren’s service itself has always been 5-star.

Received THE worst product, not as described, damaged, lowest print quality I have ever seen. Absolute sh*te to be honest, they refused all liability and broke consumer law as product was not fit for purpose, nor was it what we ordered. Di-bond is NOT cheap printed vinyl sticker on metal *(what we received) They continue to harass us 18 months later for sales despite raising a very serious complaint which is why im now sharing this. Joke of a company. Avoid at all costs.
