The item i wanted was sold out in the UK, but vinyl-digital had it in stock and for a reduced price. I came here to read the reviews and was nearly put off from making the purchase.
In the end, i went for it and couldn't be more pleased with my decision. Good price, reasonable postage from Germany, came really quickly and was extremely well packaged.
All i can say is, i would definitely buy from them again. Thanks.

Der shop hat mich extra warten lassen bis mein schadensanspruch bei DHL verschwindet. Vorher haben die noch gesagt „jaja Sie erhalten eine Erstattung oder Nachlieferung“ sobald meine Ansprüche verfallen waren haben die plötzlich gesagt dass dies doch nicht gehen würde und danach mich einfach ignoriert.
Zum Glück gibt es Paypal käuferschutz der Kunden vor solch kriminellen Personen schützt. Habe mein Geld zurückerhalten!

Katastrophe. Habe vor 10 Tagen bestellt und bezahlt. Nichts tut sich. E-Mails werden (bis jetzt) nicht beantwortet. Macht keinen Bock so.

I made an order for 140 euros (5 LPs), and one of the sealed vinyl records was warped. I asked for a full refund for this record, but they offered only a partial refund of 16 euros (the record cost was 26 euros), or i had to return the record for a full refund, but i had to pay for the shipping costs (probably 5-10 euros from Greece to Germany). So either way i had to pay some money for a flawed , sealed record that i didn't want. After a week of back and forth e-mails i accepted the partial refund and i will never going to order from them again. Everytime you are ordering from them you are risking losing some of your money. The customer service was indifferent and not helpfull at all. Stay away

These guys had it in stock, great price and shipped from Germany in less than a week, arrived in perfect condition.

In der Szene keinen guten Ruf. Machen Knebelvertäge mit Artists und zahlen weit unter Niveau. Was die Sicht als Kunde angeht ebenfalls nicht wirklich seriös.

meine FTB Vinyl ist nicht angekommen die ich am Black Friday bestellt habe. Es wurden DHL Nachforschungen angestellt und mittlerweile sogar ein Paypal Fall, aber Vinyl Digital ist so ziemlich das unfreundlichste was ich je erlebt habe.

I've ordered twice from Vinyl-Digital. I find the prices of new vinyl very good when compared to other sites incl. Discogs. Postage is high at €8.90 (£7.80), however this charge can include up to 7 discs, so I have ordered 2 double albums each time. Packaging is very good, with the records wrapped in bubble wrap inside sturdy purpose made cardboard boxes, so no issues with creased corners on the sleeves. Delivery may be quicker if ordered from UK stores, 4 working days till dispatch and 12 days overall to delivery. Postage is tracked through DHL, the second time DHL handed over to ParcelForce in the UK. Overall, very happy and I will use Vinyl-Digital again.

The vinyl records were poorly packaged and the records arrived damaged with badly dented corners and torn shrink wrap. Customer service was insulting and of no help. No offer of compensation.

Ordered vinyl and it came damaged. Worse customer service ever!!

Ordered a copy of MM Food in Feb 22, with due date of 15.03.22 in time for a birthday. Actual delivery was today, 08.06.22. Can't blame Vinyl Digital as this would appear to be a re-pressing delay. Web site updated due date each month and sent me a dispatched e-mail as soon as sent. They even replied to my e-mail in April assuring me it would be shipped as soon as they received it. Packaging was great, sturdy box with zero damage to record, I cannot remember the last LP I bought from Amazon that wasn't damaged in some small way, so top marks to VD. (That abreviation doesn't travel well). Son very happy with late present. Now just need to find a copy of Whole lotta Red to really impress him.

Ordered 6LPs and all of them came with cosmetic damage, tried to contact the shop to get a refund but they never reply, BEWARE international buyers

I ordered a depeche mode LP .payed for it then read the reviews. Thought christ what have i done first 7 were very bad then a couple of good ones .so heres what happened ,ordered album on 10th may got a confirmation email on the 13th to say it had been shipped .album arrived today the 18th .Album came via royal mail special delivery as well it was packed really well also .hope this helps you decide whether to buy from them or not. Worried for nothing .
