Vintage Photo Lab Anmeldelser

Vintage Photo Lab provided an exceptional personalise experience. They went above and beyond to ensure that the job was completed to the highest standard. They were able to restore my parents wedding VHS from 35 years ago and preserved cherished memories for me. I had intended to find a reliable service to do this task for me for a long time. When I came across Vintage Photo Lab, it felt right! From my first contact with Cathy I was sure my family's memories were in safe hands. The process was seamless from start to finish. I could not give them a higher recommendation if I tried!

They digitised 27 albums for us each with around 40 pages and maybe 6 photos per page. I did a quick estimate and in the end the final price was in line with my figures. We took the 300dpi option which turned out fine for our needs. The collection and return were on time and they kept us well informed during the process. We could not be happier with the finished product and the company were a delight to deal with. We can now easily access our photos on line and from our phones. I am very pleased that we selected Vintage for this work.

Amazing service, could not recommend enough.

Clearing out my Grandparents house, they made it extremely easy to box everything up and have them scan and digitalise all our family memories.

The only drawback, is they don't fully let you know all the different services they do. Develop old negatives, videos, pictures they seem to do everything. Very glad we used them.

Vintage Photo Lab provided a very professional service and responded quickly to any questions I had prior to placing an order. All of our old family photos have been digitally saved and look fantastic. I have been able to share these so that all the family now have copies of some amazing photos that were previously laying in a box stashed away for no one to see.
Extremely pleased to have discovered this was service was possible for large numbers of loose photos and glad that we used vintage photo lab.

Great service and so easy to use. Good communication throughout the process. Very happy return customer.

Would absolutely recommend Vintage Photo Lab for photo digitisation. It’s quite a big deal handing over an entire lifetime of photos over to someone you’ve never met, but I had clear, personal communication from Ed and Cathy throughout which was really reassuring. The photos have turned out really well and we’re so pleased we have had this done.

Very happy with digitalised photos. They whole family get to share. Even the dogeared old photos of the greats look anazing. Thank you.

Super easy to communicate and great finish

I had two orders processed I quick succession. The turnaround times were quick and, most importantly, the quality of the images was excellent. Staff couldn't do enough to help. I would definitely use them again.

They have been incredibly quick and efficient dealing with my request. All my transparecies and slides were returned promptly and in good order. I was very impressed. Thank you

I highly recommend the Vintage Photo lab and team, I was really nervous about sending away my photos but the communication and service from Ed and the team put my mind at ease. Having an apple tag in the box and tracked UPS collection and delivery is really reassuring.

The quality of the digital prints is fantastic and they were organised in digital folders as the albums they were sent in. When I received all of the photos back they were neatly packed and just as they had been sent so you knew they had been well taken care of during the whole process.

Thank you Ed and team!

I found this company very professional and they go the last mile to please their customers. Communication was easy and the quality of the digital photos is very good.

A very professional and personal service from all those who I contacted - I felt that the negatives were in safe hands.

Easy, secure, fast.

Easy to engage with, good communication and great to see all pictures converted!

We had nearly 400 slides that we wanted to convert to a digital format and the service I received was very responsive and helpful. The end product was very good and I would definitely recommend Vintage Photo Lab.

I was very concerned about having a photo collection scanned for posterity, and I researched my options before coming across Vintage Photo Lab. The entire experience has been extremely positive, from helpful instructions and reassurance during the planning stage, comprehensive updates and added security precautions implemented for the courier collection and return (they use Airtags and a signed-for next-day courier service), through to updates during the scanning process and the safe and timely return of original materials. Throughout, I was kept at ease – this company is truly expert at what they do. On receipt of the scanned images (I had several thousand precious loose photos, plus photo albums, documents, VHS tapes, negatives and 35mm slides) I was delighted by the image quality and resolution achieved. I do not hesitate in recommending this company if you, like me, have precious family materials that you want to securely digitise. Thank you!!

Fantastic quality of outcome and excellent communications. Fully recommend.

Can highly recommend Vintage Photo Lab for super helpful and friendly service, a quick turnaround and great quality digital photos. They helped me out with an urgent request and delivered ahead of schedule. Thank you!
